Jane sat on the strategic development committee for the Silver Lining
Foundation for 3 years, and currently is an advisor to the board re marketing
and branding.
Silver Lining Foundation Limited (the Foundation) is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide work experience and on-the-job training for young Australians, particularly Indigenous Australians, without dependence on Government funding.

The Foundation achieves its mission by operating small businesses which offer employment and training opportunities to Indigenous youth. All profits made by the businesses are recycled back through the Foundation for the employment of Indigenous youth.
The Foundation is seeking to expand the programs it supports to give young people who do not fit into mainstream a second chance. Many people and businesses already support the Foundation's work.
